This shoot was inspired by Salome, daughter of Herodias. She was often depicted as an icon of dangerous female seductiveness by Christian Traditions. Encouraged by Herod, she is often known as the woman who satisfied his grudge against John The Baptist by dancing with his severed head on a platter on the occasion of her Mother's birthday.
